If you value your things, it makes sense to store them in a facility that can protect them from potential damage associated with extreme temperature exposure.

Do you really want to be moving in the extreme heat or the bitter cold? It's always better to store your things in a controlled environment.

If it snows heavily you don't want to be dealing with ice or having to shovel snow.

Outdoor facilities are also susceptible to heavy moisture, or even worse water damage.

Climate controlled is always better.

Cleanliness Is Critical

Outside your items become susceptible to dust, specially in areas where there is no pavement. Dirt roads create major dust problems that can damage your things. Make sure you're looking at indoors storage with clean interior.

Be sure the facility is clean visually and check your "nose" - it always knows what's really clean. Some outdoor units are just converted from other uses. These type of facilities may have musty, pungent odors that penetrate clothing and fabrics. Is it really clean?

Indoor facilities are less suspect to insect and rodent problems which can be a problem in some facilities. Be sure they're clean and insect and rodent free.

Location/Convenience/Security

Some competitors units are outside with little or no security fencing and you can be a long way away from any onsite manager. At Riverside we're indoors and we offer the security to make you comfortable.

We are located just 2 minutes from the Everett turnpike (Route 3) off exit 5W. We have very bright indoor and outside lighting and we're adjacent to the Nashua Police Station, this is our unique advantage.

On-site Manager to make you comfortable knowing you're not alone in the storage areas. We help you move your stuff, we have Moe! Ask any of our current customers how good he is.

One Level for easy access. Some competitors have multiple floors and require you to carry stuff up stairs or negotiate steep ramps. We are one level for easy accessibility.

Spacious aisles and door openings- We have large corridors for easy maneuverability. Some competitors have tight narrow aisles and sharp corners that make it difficult to move your larger storage items.

Unit Accessibility - easily accessed, open 12 hours a day, seven days a week.
